Time-Sensitive Activity was an exhibition by a well known artist Olafur Eliasson at the Modern Art Museum in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia’s capital city. The artist’s first solo exhibition in the region features works revolving around concepts like light, orientation, mirroring, and ephemerality – topics that have informed Eliasson’s practice for years.
I was tasked with the design of the identity and the printed matter for the exhibition, including a poster, catalog, press kit and invitations.
The catalog was designed within two weeks, with images from the exhibition added promptly after the artworks were set up and photographed right before the opening.
